What is Be Fueled For?

It's a 1:1 nutrition coaching program designed to educate people on how to fuel their body by learning to track food and macros to reach their goals in all aspects of life.

What does 'Be Fueled For' mean?

Food is fuel for our body. When we learn what our bodies are capable of when we give them love and nourishment we can 'Be Fueled For' anything in life. Be Fueled to run, Be Fueled to bike, Be Fueled to lift heavy barbells, Be Fueled to chase after your kids. The choice is yours of what you want to 'Be Fueled For'.  

Why choose to work with Be Fueled For?

This isn't a cookie cutter program that is pushed out to the masses. You will receive one on one help and guidance throughout your journey with Be Fueled For. In life we are told to be small, eat small, act small. I am here to tell you to be your authentic self. I'm going to help you learn how to fuel your body to do anything in life that you want to. I want you to be so fueled that a fire is lit within you to go after your dreams. 

What do check-ins look like?

We will have weekly check-ins through an online system called Apotheo. There are questions for you tao answer that will be about wins you had, obstacles you encountered as well as biofeedback markers (sleep, energy, stress, movement etc.). Outside of our weekly scheduled check-in day, I am available to answer any questions you have during the week, I am here to help you be successful in all that you do!  

How do I get started?

You can fill out the application at the bottom of this page and I will review it within 24-48 hours to let you know if I can help you reach your goals. If so, I will follow up with you and ask you to provide a food log for three days and to complete a questionnaire of your health history. I will review your food log and questionnaire within 3 business days and then we will start our journey together. 

Note: I do require that we work together for a minimum of 3 months, this allows us a chance to get to know each other and time to build a foundation for lasting habits.

No worries! You can still fill out an application below and put in the additional comments field that you are looking for an initial consult only. We can setup a time to discuss your goals and what you can do to start getting your feet wet with tracking your food. It's never too late to learn about nutrition and what it means to nourish your body.
